The 40th Annual OHPELRA ATC Conference – Cheers to 40 Years! – is right around the corner and  Marc Fishel , David Moser, and David Riepenhoff are excited to be part of the event!   The conference runs from January 28 – 30 at the Hilton Columbus Polaris.  On January 29th at 10:45 a.m., Marc Fishel and David Moser will team up offering a Legal Update.  Learn how public employers have been affected by recent critical court decisions and garner practical solutions to your agency stays on the right side of the law.  David Riepenhoff will follow up at 3:30 p.m. with “Strategies for Worker’ Compensations Claims Management.” This session will include strategies for workers’ compensation claims management, risk management, BWC costs, and tips on working with a Third-Party Administrator in order to effectively manage workers’ compensation claims.  The qualifications, advantages and administration of a self-insured workers’ compensation program will also be reviewed.
