CORSA, in conjunction with the Buckeye State Sheriffs’ Association is happy to announce the return of Live Training Seminars for 2021!  Training will take place over 4 days in 4 different locations including Lima, Wadsworth, Zanesville and Chillicothe.  This training opportunity for the Sheriffs Offices is part of CORSA’s loss control incentive program, law enforcement training component.  Partners Daniel Downey and Melanie Williamson will conduct the training which will take place daily, from August 2 – August 5.  Some of the topics discussed will be The Mechanics of Police Lawsuits, Use of Force, Jail-based Claims of Use of Force and Deliberate Indifference, Fourth Amendment Issues, and Trends and Activities in Anti-law Enforcement Sentiment.  For more on CORSA and BSSA, just click on the links!
