Marc Fishel will present an Update on ADA, FMLA, Title VII Accommodation & Leave Requirements for Ohio Municipal League’s 2018 OMAA/OML Webinar on May 17 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.  There continues to be significant confusion among employers in dealing with employees who are unable to work for health reasons.  There are multiple legal issues under both federal and state law that, at times, can impose seemingly contradictory requirements.  This webinar will focus on some of the most significant of these issues, including how to handle situations that implicate several of these laws at the same time.
