Marc Fishel is excited to be speaking at the National PELRA (National Public Employer Labor Relations Association) 2018 Training Conference in Charleston,SC.  The conference begins on Sunday with National PELRA’s annual golf tournament and concludes on  on April 19, 2018. Marc will be presenting on April 17 from 9:35 am – 11:50 am.
