Marc Fishel will head to Cleveland, where he will participate in a panel discussion at LERA’s (Labor & Employment Relations Association) 71st Annual Meeting.  The theme of this meeting is “Ahead of the Curve: Challenges Posed by Technology and the New Work Force.”  The meeting spans  June 13 – 16 at the Westin Cleveland Downtown.  Marc will serve as a panelist on June 13 to discuss: “When Interests Collide: Balancing the Public’s Right to Know, the Department’s Right to Manage Its Workforce, the Officer’s Presumption of Innocence and the Union’s Duty of Fair Representation.”  For more information on LERA or to register, please click here.
