Ohio public employers will surely be challenged and tested with the new statutes approved by the electorate in November. Will our policies need to change with the new statutes? Is testing for marijuana still advisable and relevant? How can people legally possess it now, but there is still no legal mechanism to purchase it in Ohio until the regulatory board is established? Is it not still a Schedule 1 drug according to the DEA?”
