CORSA, in conjunction with the Buckeye State Sheriffs’ Association will offer two webinars for the Sheriffs Offices as part of CORSA’s loss control incentive program, law enforcement training component.  Partners Daniel Downey and Benjamin Albrecht will conduct the seminars taking place on July 28 and July 30.  The webinars will focus on unique liabilities that face Sheriffs Offices as well as employment issues.  Topics will include employee conduct, Americans with Disabilities Act, discrimination, use of force, inmate medical care ad importance of preservation of evidence.
