For this year’s Ohio CSEA (County Child Support Enforcement Agencies) Directors’ Association Fall Conference, taking place October 21 and 22, Marc Fishel and Grant Bacon will team up for two presentations.   The first is entitled “What We Can Do About Off Duty Conduct” where they will discuss the rights and limitations placed on public employers when investigating and disciplining employees for their off-duty conduct.  In the second presentation, Marc and Grant will offer “HR Hot Topics” which will address human resource issues with a focus on FMLA, FLSA, ADA and discrimination issues.  For more information, click here.
