Ben Albrecht and Frank Hatfield will be presenting to the Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association 2017 Annual Meeting on December 1, 2017. Ben will kick off the presentations with “When One Comment Changes Everything – Top 10 (or so) Considerations For the Discipline of Public Employees” at 9:00 a.m. Then, at 10:15 a.m., Ben and Frank will team up to present “What Happens on the Internet Stays on the Internet… And May Result in a Lawsuit – Regulating Employee Conduct on Social Media.”  Frank will conclude the FHKAD presentations with “Digging up Bones – Revisiting Cemeteries and Indigent Burials” at 11:15 a.m.
