Marc Fishel will join Douglas Duckett, with Duckett Law Firm, at this year’s OHPELRA (Ohio Public Employer Labor Relations Association) Fall Training, entitled “Negotiations: From Start to Finish.”  At 9:00 AM they will present Key Steps and Strategies for Preparing for Collective Bargaining.  At 2:00 PM, they will tackle What To Do With the Factfinder’s Report and Strategies for Implementing the Contract.  The conference will take place at The Wigwam Event Center in Pickerington.  For more information, click here.
